Meet the Crystal Lakes POA Board Members

The Crystal Lakes Property Owners Association is pleased to introduce this year’s Board of Directors, a dedicated group of volunteers committed to supporting our community and guiding the association’s work. This year brings two new faces to the board: Jay Luis, joining as Secretary, and Kyle Potts, stepping in as a Board Member.

Leading the board is Kolby Watson, President, alongside Mike Brewer, Vice President, and Kim Bunnell, Treasurer. Supporting them are board members Charles Gibbons, Kenyon Watson, Cameron Smith, and Gauge Powell. David Handwerker continues to serve as Alternate Board Member, providing additional support when needed.

The CLPOA extends its appreciation to all board members—new and returning—for their time, energy, and commitment to keeping Crystal Lakes a welcoming and well‑run community.
