Important Safety and Liability Information

By joining the Crystal Lakes Property Owners Association (CLPOA) and using our facilities, you acknowledge that swimming, boating, and lake-side activities involve inherent risks. CLPOA provides these facilities on an "as-is" basis. Members and their guests use the lake at their own risk. The Association, its Board of Directors, and volunteers are not liable, directly or indirectly, for any personal injury, death, or loss of property occurring on community grounds or during any CLPOA sponsored event.

Acceptance of Terms

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your membership with CLPOA. By signing, submitting your application, and providing payment, you agree to be bound by the rules and standards outlined below.

Terms and Conditions (Rules and Conduct)

I understand that all guests must live outside the 12-mile radius surrounding the lake.
I agree that I, my family and/or guest will abide by the Code of Regulations and Rules of the Association.
I have been provided with a copy of the Code of Regulations and Rules of the Association.
I understand that the association enforces a NO GLASS CONTAINERS PERMITTED policy.
I acknowledge that I, my family and/or guests are aware that the use of the beach is a "swim at your own risk" basis only.
I understand that illegal drug use/activity is strictly prohibited on all property and law enforcement will be contacted.
I understand that Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Beach Park areas.
I acknowledge that I, my family, guests are aware that all children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible CLPOA member. An adult is defined as 18 years or older.
I acknowledge that I, my family, are aware that beach keys are not to be duplicated or loaned out.
I acknowledge that I, my family, will not allow beach entrance to anyone who has not presented a valid Membership or is not a qualified guest.
I acknowledge that I, my family, guests will adhere to all fishing policies listed by the CLPOA board.
I acknowledge that any recreational fire MUST be attended by a responsible adult member at all times and with state laws.
I understand that each membership purchase will include (1) beach key; additional or replacement keys are $5.
I acknowledge that all information provided on the CLPOA membership application is true and correct, and that falsifying any information may result in forfeiture of my membership.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for the behavior of my family and guests while on CLPOA property or during CLPOA sponsored events.
