Welcome
Crystal Lakes is a private lakeside community nestled in Clark County, Ohio, within Bethel Township and in Medway. The Crystal Lakes Property Owners’ Association (CLPOA) is a not-for-profit organization made up of residents who care deeply about the place we call home.
Our volunteer board of trustees works behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly — from organizing events and maintaining shared spaces to sharing updates and hosting meetings. CLPOA is built on transparency, teamwork, and neighborly support, all with the goal of making life in Crystal Lakes safe, welcoming, and well-kept for everyone.
What We Do
Care and Improvements
CLPOA’s board of trustees looks after our shared spaces — from mowing green areas to maintaining lakefronts — while also planning neighborhood upgrades like beautification projects, safety improvements, and repairs that keep Crystal Lakes thriving.
Organize Community Events
From beach parties to fishing tournaments to our 4th of July parade to seasonal gatherings and special events, the association helps bring neighbors together and build a sense of connection.
Communicate with Members
We keep members informed through newsletters, social media, policy updates, and community meetings — so everyone stays up to date and knows how to get involved.
